What is a Hyaluron Pen Filler?
The Hyaluron Pen is a non-invasive, needless treatment that deposits Hyaluronic Acid Filler into the epidermal and first layers of the dermal using a high-pressure jet system. This FDA approved device uniformly and quickly flows fillers through the skin and yes, it is 100% needle free! The treatment is quick, easy, safe, allergen free, and effective! Most importantly, little to no bruising or discomfort.
What is Hyaluronic Acid?
Hyaluronic Acid is a naturally occurring polysaccharide (carbohydrate) in the human body, however, as we age, Hyaluronic Acid production naturally decreases in our body. Because of HA's water binding properties, HA is used in many skincare products to help hydrate and plump the skin. When used in large amounts in the space between our cells it can help provide moisture, plumpness, firmness and suppleness to the skin.
What areas can Hyaluron pen fillers treat?
These treatments are aimed to target the same areas as traditional fillers treat; lips, nasolabial lines, marionette lines, and forehead lines. Lips; helps to add volume to your lips, giving you a soft, natural, more volumeous pout. This can also be used to shape and lift the lips. Aside from increasing volume on the lip area, these fillers can also be used to help soften fine lines around the face.
How long does it last?
Every individual is unique. Once you have completed the recommended course for you, results can last on average 4-6 months, just like traditional fillers! However, longevity of the filler all depends on your lifestyle, treatment area, and/or how quickly your body metabolizes this natural product. For example; if an individual is losing weight, has a fast metabolism or works out frequently, the product will be processed by the body quicker, needing more frequent treatments in order to keep the desired results. For best results with lip area, we recommend a series of 3 sessions.
How much will my treatment cost me?
The cost will depend on area we are treating. For some areas, for example lips, you might need more than one session to achieve the desired look. However, we make these treatments affordable with our filler packages.
I have an event coming up. When should I come in for my filler?
It's always best to not start a new treatment right before a big event. We recommend you allow at least 2-4 weeks prior to your event, that way you allow the treatment to settle.
What's the recovery time?
No downtime is required. Clients can resume their daily activities after treatment (exception: smoking & drinking within 24 hours). Some swelling and soreness may occur with after treatment, however, in most cases it will only last a few hours.
Who is not a candidate
