Please read our COVID-19 protocols on our FAQ's link prior to booking a service.

You will need a credit card to book you service and hold your reservation. We will not charge your card unless there is a no-show or a late cancellation. Otherwise, payment for service is not due until day of service. 

We accept all major credit cards, or cash. 


New clients, please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment to fill out a treatment form.

We have a 10 minute grace period. However, if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call the studio to see if we can still accommodate you.  

Please make sure you have read and understand our cancellation and no-show policies before booking a service as there are no exceptions. Any questions or concerns, please give us a call.  

Please inform artist of any allergies and/or medical concerns prior to your service. 


We love and value our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours from date of service and we will do our best to try to fix the issue. ​


Please note: NO REFUNDS are given on any services rendered.

All retail sales are final sale. If you have received a defected item, an exchange can be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
