PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING​

You will need a credit card to book you service and hold your reservation. We will not charge your card unless there is a no-show or a late cancellation with less than a 24 hour notice. Otherwise, payment for service is not due until day of service.

We accept all major credit cards, or cash.

 

New clients, please arrive on time to your appointment, some services require a form to be filled out.

We have a 10 minute grace period. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call the studio 415-259-1282 to see if we can still accommodate you.

Please make sure you have read and understand our cancellation and no-show policies before booking a service.

​We have a strict 24 hours cancellation policy. 

 

We value our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours from date of your service and we will do our best to address the concern. 

 

NO REFUNDS are given on any services rendered.
